ABOUT OAK19

CHASKA, MINNESOTA

OAK19 Fare & Refreshment takes its name from the massive oak tree that graces the entrance to the Chaska Town Course. The restaurant was reimagined in 2015 by Brent Grover and Frank Paulson, two college friends-turned-entrepreneurs who share a passion for great food and hospitality. The menu features elevated pub fare, made from scratch. The bar is known for our craft cocktails and wine as well as an excellent selection of craft brews from one of our 16 taps.

Chaska Town Course is a municipally owned links and prairie-style golf course designed by legendary architect Arthur Hills. Opened in 1997, it ranks among the best golf courses in Minnesota and has played host to US Amateur among other events. The course meanders through 285 acres of oak groves, open prairie and marshlands on what was once farmland southwest of Minneapolis.

GREAT restaurant! Food is great, service is always good - I recommend this place to everyone! Sit out on the patio for an amazing view or inside! You will love it!

- Katie

Fantastic restaurant, great food and atmosphere. It is really a hidden gem in Chaska. I don't think it gets a ton of traffic outside golfers which is a shame because it's one of the best restaurants in town.

- Tom

The staff was very friendly (and funny too), food was incredibly delicious, and they have probably the best beer selection of any metro golf course: Toppling Goliath Pompeii and Surly Darkness among their 15+ craft offerings...wow!
